Tagliolini with White Truffle

Ingredients for 4 people:

320g. of tagliolini, 150g of butter, 40g of Precious White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), salt to taste.

Wash and brush softly the truffle and dry it well with kitchen paper. While boiling tagliolini in abundant salted water with few drops of e.v.o. melt butter in a pan. Once ready, drain tagliolini and add them to the prepared butter. Stir well adding salt and, if necessary, use some spoons of coocking water to let tagliolini be creamier then shave generously the Precious white truffle.
